A Day in the Life of a Property Manager
It doesn't matter if you manage a 20 unit complex or a 200 unit complex, our jobs are basically the same:
Collecting rents, doing leases and lease renewels, making sure work orders are getting done, taking care of resident complaints, dealing with one excuse after another why the rent isn't paid, answering the phones, talking to prespective tenants, making deposits, moving residents in and moving residents out, paperwork, paperwork and more paperwork, interruption after interrupton, keeping your staff happy, keeping your boss happy, keeping your management company happy and of course, keeping your residents happy.
I created this site to help slow down the craziness (I hope) in your day-to-day life as a Property Manager.
Here you will find simple and inexpensive ways to retain your residents and motivate your staff and a little bit of everything in between. Hopefully, you will find (and share) a laugh along the way.

I always eat too much but this year was one of the best ever! It has been a long time since our whole family was together for Thanksgiving and I for one counted the day among those things I am truely thankful for this year.

Thanksgiving Dinner was awesome this year! Although I over did it, the fellowship with my family was worth the overstuffed feeling!
